Session terms
A personal photo souvenir, finished for your chosen venue.
Your purchase
The session offer states the number of photos, total price and time available to take them. We prepare your submitted photographs, apply the photo finish and add the confirmed venue’s original logo and location signature. There is no subscription.
Your venue and photos
Check your venue before starting. Submit photographs you are entitled to use, with permission from the people pictured. A venue in an advertising example is not a claim that you are at that venue.
The result
Results depend on the light, detail and movement in the original. We do not promise to recover information that was never captured or guarantee every source becomes a studio photograph. The delivered result must still conform to the service you purchased. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Delivery
Results appear in your private gallery as they finish. Save them before the expiry shown there. Social apps control their own sharing and cropping options. CapTheMo does not publish photos on your behalf.
Problems or cancellation
Contact us with your session or payment reference if delivery fails or a result is unusable. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy, including a refund where you are entitled to one. Retrying an accepted photograph does not require a second purchase.
Consumer rights
This page does not automatically waive statutory withdrawal rights. Where immediate performance or digital delivery requires specific acknowledgement, it must be requested before payment and confirmed with the order. Contact us to cancel or raise a complaint.
Ownership
You keep your rights in your submitted photographs. We process them to provide the requested service. Venue logos remain the property of their respective owners. Purchasing does not give us permission to use your photographs in marketing or training.
